In 40 years as a Conservative Party agent I have run campaigns for 2,100 candidates, including 50 MPs. In that time I have published probably 10,000 different leaflets. Not once have I allowed a leaflet to be delivered without a lawful imprint.

I am sorry to see the KCC Cabinet Member for Local Government Efficiency @CllrFraserMoat has resigned following a "lapse of judgement" when he admitted Reform at @Kent_cc had not found significant savings or inefficiencies. I suspect his only crime was speaking the truth.

At @reformparty_uk led @Kent_cc, where we already have a £50m budget overspend, we are being asked today to vote to approve expenditure of £100k plus to employ 'political assistants'. This was not in their manifesto and not what Kent residents voted for.

Inflation continues to rise under Keir Starmer's Labour government. Yet again it's the British people who will pay for Labour's mismanagement of our economy.

President Zelenskyy is not a dictator. He is the democratically elected leader of Ukraine who bravely stood up to Putin’s illegal invasion. Under my leadership, and under successive Conservative Prime Ministers, we have and always will stand with Ukraine. President Trump is right that Europe needs to pull its weight - and that includes the UK. We need to get serious. The PM will have my support to increase defence spending - there is a fully funded plan to get to 2.5% sitting on his desk. That should be the bare minimum. Starmer should get on with it, get on a plane to Washington and show some leadership. We cannot afford to get this wrong.
