Ridiculous hyperbole, there’s a worse decision most weekends in the Prem. It’s a bad decision, sure. It’s also fairly obvious that the referee doesn’t have the correct angle to see clearly.

Pickford only booked after doing the same thing four times. Book him the first time and you likely have the ball in play for an additional 2+ minutes.

How difficult is it to just start booking players and actually adding on time for obvious time-wasting? Everton took a good few minutes out of the game in injury time. Ref plays 30 seconds over. It didn’t impact the result but it just makes football so unwatchable.

When will @SkySports realise that the only redeeming part of VAR is the suspense of the referee announcing the decision? Stop having the commentators spoil it before the referee announces it.

VAR ruled the foul took place out of the area, but it was this challenge that the referee gave the penalty for?

Robinson is either 2/10 or a 9/10 this season. I could make a case for giving Sessegnon a run of games from the start. Castagne has his weaknesses but he’s a dependable backup. Intelligent footballer with positioning for the goal line clearance and overlaps tirelessly.

Berge is such a key component of our team. Saw a stat to support this earlier in the season but his ball retention is incredible. There is something there with Kevin, still confident that everything will fall into place for him.

I really don’t think Fulham were as bad as people make out yesterday. Brighton keep ball well and are probably better than their points tally or recent run of results suggests. Large spells where Fulham were on top but a few Brighton chances late on skew overall perspective.
