14th May: So lovely have a birthday st @WinColl I was so lucky, see my cards and flowers, and the beautiful white wisteria on my morning run, and the sun on the riverside courtyard at the Warden's Lodgings between meetings.

13th May: thank you to the MBA cohort for helping me celebrate my significant birthday

12th May: Harald was fast asleep on the bed by the time I finished downstairs

11th May: another surprising event meal including gigantic baked beans and fish cakes with lots of chilli

10th May: garden gets better by the day. This clematis is sublime

7th May: the war memorial @WinColl is looking as beautiful as ever

6th May: the terror cat arrived, rolled over aggressively and then when she was ready stilled away nonchalantly

Can't believe it's the same brain that remembers Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane with the right formula for each but refuses to recall the name of a person you met an hour ago.
