What a pleasant surprise when @home_hardware sent me a note of support and ended up giving me some buckets that I can give to kids in my neighborhood. I’ve been giving away my QP7000 snow pounders to interested kids who walk by with their parents. And now I can include a bucket!

@homehardware I bought a $38.00 spray paint got home and gave it a puff on a piece of art not realizing it was intended for metal. It was rustuleum and didn't realize it. With receipt in hand and an immeasurable amount used to test colour match the customer service rep refused

@home_hardware We were given a set of Kuraidori knives as a gift. We do not have a receipt. The metal quality is terrible and the blade is defective. The metal fractured and the tip broke off. I was hoping to get a replacement under warranty at the store? Please advise.

My GOD. THIS IS fckd. I haven't seen anything like this yet in my neighborhood. Stores just treat all the locals like thieves. I had a creepy, gross, fat man from home hardware follow me to my car to make sure I loaded 4.....FOUR....1, 2, 3, 4..... bags of top soil into my car. He made sexist remarks to me the entire time about how most women can't load their own items, then told me to have a Nice day, sweetheart!!

@home_hardware Based on the customer service I received I'm reconsidering my loyalty to the brand. Certainly will never be back to the Cobourg store. Many $ spent will go somewhere else now.

@home_hardware It is a brand new product, I didn't even have a chance to use it, cuz it would start, and I sent it back to the service center where they had the part changed, it works on the spot, but when I brought to the job it failed, make me lose the client, and many jobs this month!

@home_hardware I've been dealing with a defective BENCHMARK Gas Pressure Washer (Order #302976741) for over a month. The engine won't start since day one. After changing a part at the service center, it still didn't work when I got home. It's clear the product is defective.

Returning a damaged bathroom sink to @home_hardware. Struggling through the double set of doors to take it into the store and an employee just stands there, 3 feet inside, watching me. I said, “Maybe next time, help the customer with the door?” She just walked away. Nice service.

@home_hardware your store sold me defective kitchen faucets that a 14 year experienced plumber could not use. Because he damaged them trying to get them unstuck ,your store refused to refund me. That $94 worth of bad publicity is priceless. Off to BBB now

@home_hardware why’d you ever switch loyalty programs. @Scene_Plus card/app is absolute garbage. Worst I’ve ever tried to use. Been forced to reset my password three times in two months. It never works when you are making a purchase. Both staff @ the store said everyone hates it
