Today, the International Malaria Conference (IMC) 2026 concluded in New Delhi after three days of scientific deliberations and global engagement. Organized by the ICMR–National Institute of Malaria Research under the Indian Council of Medical Research, the conference brought together scientists, policymakers and public health experts from India and across the world. Held under the theme “Discovery, Development and Delivery: Driving Malaria Elimination and Beyond,” the conference featured discussions on parasite biology, transmission dynamics, diagnostics, surveillance and emerging research innovations.
