ބައިނަލްއަޤުވާމީ ހިއުމަން ރިސޯސް (އެޗް.އާރް) ދުވަހުގެ މުނާސަބަތުގައި، މާލޭ ސިޓީ ގްރޫޕް އޮފް ހޮސްޕިޓަލްސްގެ ހުރިހާ އެޗް.އާރް ޓީމުތަކުން ކުރައްވަމުންދާ އަގުހުރި މަސައްކަތްތަކަށް އިޚްލާޞްތެރިކަމާއެކު ޝުކުރު ދަންނަވައި ތަހުނިޔާ އަރިސްކުރަން. 3,000 އަށްވުރެ ގިނަ މުވައްޒަފުން ހިމެނޭ އެމް.ސީ.ޖީ.އެޗްގެ މިޞިއްޙީ ނިޒާމުގައި، އަޅުގަނޑުމެން އުފުލަންޖެހޭ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތަކީ ނުހަނު ބޮޑު މަސައްކަތެއް. މުވައްޒަފުން ރޭވުންތެރިކަމާއެކު ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި އެންމެ ފައިދާހުރި ގޮތުގައި ބޭނުންކުރުމަކީ ހަމައެކަނި އިދާރީ މަސައްކަތެއް ނޫން. އެއީ އާންމުންނަށް އަޅުގަނޑުމެން ފޯރުކޮށްދޭ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ފެންވަރާއި، ޚިދުމަތްތައް ލިބިގަތުމަށް އޮންނަ ފަސޭހަކަމާއި، އަދި އިތުބާރު ކަނޑައަޅައިދޭ މުހިންމު އިސްތިރާޖީ ދައުރެއް. މި އަހަރުގެ ޝިއާރު ކަމަށްވާ "ބަދަލުތައް ގެނައުމަށް މުވައްޒަފުން ބާރުވެރިކުރުވުން" (Empower People to Lead Change) އަކީ އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ މަސައްކަތުގެ މާހައުލާ ނުހަނު ގުޅޭ ޝިއާރެއް. ނިޒާމަށް އަންނަ ބަދަލުތަކަކީ، ހަރުދަނާ އުސޫލުތަކެއްގެ ތެރެއިން މަގުދައްކައި، އެހީތެރިކަން ފޯރުކޮށްދީ، ޒިންމާދާރުކުރުވޭ ބާރުވެރި މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ފަރާތުން އަންނަންޖެހޭ ބަދަލުތަކެއް. ސަރުކާރުގެ ޞިއްޙީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ނިޒާމެއްގައި، މުވައްޒަފުން ރޭވުމާއި، ވަޞީލަތްތައް ހަމަޖެއްސުމާއި، އަދި އަޚްލާޤީ މިންގަނޑުތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ބޭނުން ހިފުމުގައި އެޗް.އާރް އަކީ މައިގަނޑު އަސާސް. ކޮންމެ މުވައްޒަފަކީވެސް ވަކި މަގުސަދެއްގައި، އެންމެ އެކަށޭނަ ޒިންމާދާރުގޮތުގައި މަސައްކަތްކުރާ، އަދި އާންމުންނަށް މާނަހުރި ޚިދުމަތެއް ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމުގައި ދެމިހުންނަ މީހަކަށް ހެދުމަކީ ކޮންމެހެން ބޭނުންތެރި ކަމެއް. މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ރޭވުންތެރިކަމުގައި ހުންނަ ކޮންމެ އުނިކަމަކީ ނުވަތަ އެކަށީގެންވާ ގޮތެއްގައި މުވައްޒަފުން ބޭނުން ނުކުރެވުމަކީ، ބަލިމީހުންނަށް ދެވޭ ފަރުވާއަށާއި އާންމުންގެ އިތުބާރަށް ސީދާ އަސަރުކުރާނެ ކަމެއް. އެހެންކަމުން، އެޗް.އާރްގެ މަސައްކަތްތައް ބިނާވާންވާނީ ހާމަކަން ބޮޑު، ޒިންމާދާރު، އަދި ދުރުވިސްނޭ އުސޫލުތަކެއްގެ މައްޗަށް. އެންމެ އެކަށޭނަ މީހާ، އެންމެ ރަނގަޅު ވަގުތުގައި، އެންމެ އެކަށޭނަ މަގާމުގައި ހުރެ، ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ ލަނޑުދަނޑިތަކާ އެއްގޮތަށް މަސައްކަތްކުރާކަން ކަށަވަރުކުރުމަކީ މަސައްކަތުގެ ފެންވަރު ހިފެހެއްޓުމަށްޓަކައި ކޮންމެހެން ބޭނުންތެރި ކަމެއް. ޓެކްނޮލޮޖީއާއި އޭ.އައި (AI) ބޭނުންކުރާ މިންވަރު އިތުރުވަމުންދާ މި ދުވަސްވަރު، އެޗް.އާރްގެ ދައުރު ކުރިއަށްވުރެ މުހިންމުވެއްޖެ. މިއީ ހަމައެކަނި ނިޒާމުތައް ހަރުދަނާކޮށް ހިންގުންތެރިކަން އިތުރުކުރުމަށް އެކަންޏެއް ނޫން. ޞިއްޙީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ތެރޭގައިވާ "އިންސާނީވަންތަކަން" ހިމާޔަތްކުރުމަށްޓަކައިވެސް މެ. މާލޭ ސިޓީ ގްރޫޕް އޮފް ހޮސްޕިޓަލްސްގެ ވަރުގަދަކަން ބިނާވެފައިވަނީ ހަމައެކަނި ތިބި މުވައްޒަފުންގެ އަދަދަކަށް ނޫން. އެއީ ހިންގުންތެރި މުވައްޒަފުންތަކެއް ކަމުގައި ވުމުން. މި ހިންގުންތެރިކަން ކަށަވަރުކުރުމުގައި، އެޗް.އާރް އިން އަދާކުރަނީ ނިންމުންތައް ނިންމާ މުހިންމު ދައުރެކެވެ. އެއީ ހަމައެކަނި މަސައްކަތްތަކަށް މަގުފަހިކޮށްދޭ ފަރާތެއްގެ ގޮތުގައެއް ނޫނެވެ. އަދި ކިއެއްތަ، މުވައްޒަފުންގެ މަސައްކަތުގެ ފެންވަރު ހިފަހައްޓައި، މުއައްސަސާގެ އަބުރާއި ކަރާމާތް ރައްކާތެރިކުރާ ބަލަދުވެރިންގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ އަމާޒަކީ ހަރުދަނާ ގަވަރނަންސް ނުވަތަ ހިންގުމުގެ ނިޒާމެއްގެ ތެރެއިން، ކޮންމެ މުވައްޒަފަކީވެސް ތަމްރީނާއި ތަޖުރިބާ ލިބިފައިވާ، އިޚްލާޞްތެރިކަމާއެކު ޚިދުމަތް ފޯރުކޮށްދޭނެ މީހަކަށް ހެދުން. މި މުހިންމު މަސައްކަތުގައި އެޗް.އާރް ޓީމުތަކުން ކުރައްވާ ބުރަ މަސައްކަތް ބަލައިގަނެ، ތިޔަ ކުރައްވާ ހިތްވަރަށް ސާބަސް ދެންނެވުމަކީ އަޅުގަނޑަށް ލިބޭ ބޮޑު އުފަލެއް. ޞިއްޙީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ މި ބޮޑު އާއިލާގެ ކޮންމެ މުވައްޒަފެއްގެ ކަންކަން ބެލެހެއްޓުމުގައްޔާއި، މަސައްކަތުގެ މާހައުލު ބައްޓަންކުރުމުގައި ތިޔަބޭފުޅުން ދައްކަވާ ހިތްވަރާއި ކެތްތެރިކަމަކީ އަގުނުކުރެވޭނެ ފަދަ މަތިވެރި ޚިދުމަތެއް. މާތްﷲ ތިޔަބޭފުޅުންގެ މަސައްކަތްތަކުގައި ބަރަކާތް ލައްވައި، ތިޔަ ކުރައްވާ މިންނެތް މަސައްކަތަށް ހެޔޮ ޖަޒާ ދެއްވާށި. އަދި ކުރިއަށް އޮތް ތަނުގައިވެސް އިތުރު ކުރިއެރުމާއި، ކާމިޔާބީއާއި، ބާއްޖަވެރިކަން މިންވަރު ކުރައްވާށި ! އާމީން.
