PROPHETIC SIGNALS: CHARACTERISTICS OF A NEW SEASON Here are the key signs that characterize the end of one season and the advent of a new season: 1.⁠ ⁠An unusual urge to pray - This is not about group intercession or scheduled meetings, it’s a deep, persistent pull into solitude with God. You're not lonely, you’re not frustrated, your spirit is simply responding to a divine summons. You may not understand it mentally, but your spirit has picked up the signal: a shift is near. 2.⁠ ⁠An urge to give sacrificially - No matter how conservative or reserved you are, when a new prophetic season is near, you’ll feel a strong nudge to give. And not just comfortably but sacrificially. It won’t always make sense, but you know it’s God aligning your heart with the next dimension. 3.⁠ ⁠Unusual demonic attacks - Suddenly, things start going wrong. This is not ordinary; it is a demonic orchestration to distract and weary you. Don't fight people, don’t retaliate. Recognize it for what it is—a signal. If you abort the season, the warfare will stop, but so will the blessing. Hold on. For someone reading this: you’re standing at the edge of a prophetic shift. Don’t be discouraged by the warfare, don’t ignore the urge to give, and don’t waste the unction to pray. Maximize the moment. BEFORE THE BLESSING COMES THE SEED — HOW GOD ANSWERS PRAYERS Everything God gives us comes in seed form. When you truly understand this, you won't feel frustrated or disappointed when you ask God for something and it doesn't come packaged the way you expected. Often, when you ask God for a bumper harvest, He gives you fertile land, a bag of seeds, the wisdom to sow, and the strength to work. Then He says, “Here is your harvest.” If you don’t understand this about God, you may become offended. You’ll look at someone else reaping a harvest and say, “Lord, that’s what I want!” And God will say, “That’s exactly what I gave you.” The difference between you and that person is this: he recognized that the answer was hidden in the seed. Many people don’t recognize how God answers prayers. They discard the very thing that holds their miracle because it doesn’t look like the final product. The law of increase is this: almost everything God gives you will come in a form that doesn’t resemble your request, but within it is the fulfillment. Most Believers lack the discernment to recognize how increase and greatness truly come. YOU PRAYED AND GOD SENT THE ANSWER—BUT DID YOU RECOGNIZE IT? People pray for breakthrough, favor, wealth, and restoration—and when God answers, they miss it completely. He doesn't always send money, open doors, or thunder from heaven. Sometimes, He sends a seed or a person. Most times as Believers, we ignore or overlook the answer God gave because it doesn’t look like what we prayed for. And God says, “I answered your prayer, you wasted the seed.” Spiritual things rarely look like what they truly are when they arrive. You need discernment to see them correctly.
