@indieklem Haha I don't know if it's something that can be scrapped. Maybe that could be an extension of @impressgames solution hehe On my side I'm stuck to scrap followers data from Steam key API (even whith dev backend access🫣) Because follower data > Wishlist data

@impressgames A world champion saying its the best balanced game he ever played is the kind of thing that would have hooked me during my time writing about tech for sites like Forbes dot com. TBH for a press kit i might not pull from my steam page at all.

@impressgames Your PressKitty "preview" is somehow fetching 6+ month old data about our Steam game. You almost had us considering your products and services, but no, you somehow managed to display content that hasn't existed in months! cmon yall, caching is not rocket science.

@manacaster_game Feel free to adjust the markdown content sections to look how you prefer. It's kind of up to you. Attribution/links I think are optional. Social proof is cool, but I'd say just remember you're appealing to press/creators rather than players!

@impressgames Is it possible i'm violating a best practice by using the header/text combo? i want that to appear at the top of the page, but i am also able to whack it into an image. there may be best practices that we're ignorant about; we're experts at making games, but publishing is new!

@impressgames ok this is a formatting issue that matters and would probably make us look bad to the press. screenshot 1- on our page. 2 - on the press kit. issue is parsing <h2> tags and <p> tags without distinction, leading to mangled formatting.
