I think you're missing the entire point of marketing. We are involved with pretty much every major initiative and project operating on Cardano at some level. We are subject matter experts and can fully enumerate and elaborate all of the USPs. It's like trying to figure out how to translate an ancient language yourself having never seen it before and then suddenly a native speaker shows up. Would you ignore that speaker and continue to fumble about with the strange symbols?

I have a REAL question here... WHY should a proposal like go through Charles or someone else ? Nothing against you Charles, but this is a DECENTRALIZED chain and governance! A proposal is the way how it works to submit something to the @Cardano Community... It seems to be that if anything doesn't go through Charles it wont be supported !?

Good Morning Cardano Serviceplan Group, the marketing agency who also works for companies like BMW, Netflix, Amazon, etc. has just submitted an official Marketing proposal for the Intersect Budget process. After 1.5 years of building Masumi & becoming closer & closer to Cardano, they've decided that they want to become Cardanos official Marketing partner. Some disclaimers first: 1) I am an unpaid advisor to this proposal. Yes, unpaid. I do not get any money if it wins but I've decided to give some of my time & help Serviceplan with connections into the ecosystem because I believe that professional marketing like this is very much needed in Cardano. 2) This is a joint proposal coming from multiple different agencies from inside the Serviceplan Group. Serviceplan has around 6000+ employees. The team working on this is a different team than the one working on Masumi. 3) This proposal is not a grant or some speculative investment or so. It's an actual proposal for very specific work package that will be carried out. It's the first time SP has ever done "public pitch" like this, normally they're used to pitching in front of marketing departments of large enterprises. 6 months of work went into drafting this proposal. So please be nice, even when you have criticism. :) 4) Serviceplan is the only entity that I know of from outside of Cardano that has invested a Multi-Million dollar amount into Cardano development in recent years. I'm not sure I'm allowed to say the exact number but let's just say this: If they win this proposal + the Catalyst proposals they've received for Masumi, it will still be less than what they've invested into Cardano so far. That alone should be reason to take a very serious look at this. Now about the proposal itself: The goal of this proposal is to broadly "reposition" Cardano as the Blockchain for serious business. It's specially built so it captures Leads & distributes them into the ecosystem. The main pillars that the proposal focuses on are 1) DeFi and 2) Supply Chain. Now I highly recommend everyone for read through the full proposal, I will put the link to the PDF into the comments.
Serviceplan Group for Cardano@SPforCardano

We just submitted our budget proposal: "The Marketing-Powered Demand Engine for Cardano." Here's what it is, what it costs, and why it matters. THE PROBLEM Cardano stands on strong technical foundations. Yet for enterprise decision-makers, it's not an obvious "yes" — not because the technology can't deliver, but because they're missing use-case clarity, proof, and engagement paths. The business world sees Cardano as a respected ecosystem. Not yet as first choice for enterprise infrastructure. THE SOLUTION A complete enterprise demand generation system that repositions Cardano as "The Blockchain for Serious Business." The system operates through a three-stage funnel: Attention →Proof → Qualified Leads. Two recommended blueprint verticals: Institutional DeFi and Supply Chain Traceability — final selection to be validated with the GMC. Three pilot markets: UK, Germany, Switzerland. A central Cardano Hub serves as the evidence and engagement environment. Directly aligned with the Cardano 2030 Strategy Framework — Pillar 2 (Adoption & Utility) and Pillar 4 (Community & Ecosystem Growth), supporting core KPIs: TVL, monthly transactions, and monthly active users. THE INVESTMENT 12-month pilot. Four milestone-gated work packages — each one only unlocked when the previous one delivers. WP4 (V2 Supply Chain) is only released after the Q3 KPI checkpoint passes. Total investment: €2,978,738 (53% media, 47% agency — within industry benchmark). ADA surplus gets returned to the Treasury. WHO WE ARE Serviceplan Group — the only globally ranked agency that has built live Cardano infrastructure, deployed it in production, and holds a formal Cardano Foundation partnership. Official Intersect member. Masumi Network has been on mainnet since November 2024 with 25,000+ on-chain transactions. Independent Network of the Year at Cannes Lions 2025 (19 Lions). #1 globally on WARC Creative 100 and Media 100. 6,500 people, 40+ countries, €866M revenue. Ban exports, and China will deploy hundreds of billions of dollars to build a completely independent stack, then export it at a much lower cost to the rest of the world. Now India and most of the BRICS nations will run on this new stack. We just lost 4 billion customers. Thanks, export ban!

This is the moment NVIDIA should be seriously worried. In the next couple of weeks DeepSeek V4 will be launched. It’s a direct attack on the entire AI stack that American companies have spent years locking down. Full “de-NVIDIA-ization”, a complete shift away from CUDA into Huawei’s CANN ecosystem, running on Huawei Ascend chips. That means one thing, breaking the dependency that made NVIDIA untouchable. 35x faster inference vs early versions. Nearly 3x the performance of NVIDIA’s H20 on a single card. 40% less energy consumption. Over 95% CUDA compatibility with migration times collapsing from months to hours. Even Jensen Huang has already admitted it. If this works at scale, it’s a “terrifying outcome” for US companies. Because here’s the real problem, this isn’t happening in isolation. Chinese tech giants like Alibaba, ByteDance, and Tencent are already ordering hundreds of thousands of Ascend chips. Market share is shifting fast, domestic chips now at 41%, NVIDIA slipping to 55% in China’s AI server market. Additionally DeepSeek V4 is reportedly offering API costs at a fraction of US competitors. $300 for massive workloads that would cost $2,500+ on OpenAI models, or even $5,000 on Anthropic. So this isn’t just about one model. It’s about China building a fully independent AI stack, chips, frameworks, models, and applications. Completely outside of US control. NVIDIA doesn’t just lose sales. It loses its grip on the global AI standard.

Okay good, next time I'll send an email. Let's have a call with SP sometime. I'll message Chelsea. Internally there's already discussions about shifting the Verticals a bit. The proposal is really open to changing them, so it supports the wider ecosystem. It's not the goal to do anything on their own here but really support & grow Cardano.

@Padierfind @timbharrison Alright, I'll take a look. Apologies if I got it wrong. Also happy to have a call with the team. X is a bad way to reach me because I rarely check DMs since January. I'm pulling out of this platform completely

@IOHK_Charles @timbharrison And no, this is not CF-language. The CF has had inputs, as well as Emurgo, as well as IO and the rest of the Marketing Committee on Intersect. Also it's very much modelled for the goals of the Cardano 2030 vision.

It never reached me, and I don't see a single mention of partnerchains, Bitcoin DeFi, or Midnight. It seems to be marketing CF initiatives and language. Again, I'm happy to discuss these proposals with anyone who submits them. Maybe they will reach out for a conversation if it passes.

It's 2026. Camels are using Botox and lip fillers. My robotic lobster agent told me. I'm telling you from my AI-curated X account. You're reading it from your AI-curated feed while straining on the toilet. I then created an infographic to warn about the increased risk of hemorrhoids from toilet-phone reading.

A major Botox scandal has rocked the camel beauty pageant world, with 20 camels disqualified from the 2026 Camel Beauty Show Festival for undergoing illegal cosmetic procedures. Organizers used advanced X-ray and ultrasound technology to uncover the enhancements, which included Botox injections and lip fillers intended to artificially improve the animals’ facial features and overall appearance for the judges. The disqualifications have sent a clear message: the festival remains firmly committed to preserving the natural beauty and traditional heritage of desert camels, rather than celebrating surgical artifice. Judges evaluate the camels according to strict natural criteria, including the precise shape of the head, the ideal placement and form of the hump, and overall proportions. Any attempt to smooth wrinkles, enhance lips, or reshape facial features through medical intervention is considered a serious ethical breach and a direct violation of the competition’s rules. In response to the rising trend of cosmetic tampering, festival officials have announced they will intensify medical screenings and adopt even stricter detection methods to safeguard the authenticity and dignity of these iconic desert animals.
