The Standard View: The right to clean air must not be delayed or denied standard.co.uk/comment/ultra-… nothing about this debacle surprises me. I asked @DrGaryFuller why it took 4yrs for Clean Air Act to happen? Gov hid the evidence, 12,000 people died! It was a private members bill too

People often seem to adopt one of two approaches to systems thinking: (1) horizontal - focusing on system mapping + identifying leverage points; (2) vertical - focusing on identifying and shifting the conditions holding a system in place. I see the best systems work doing both.
