Most don’t understand the school system is completely broken. You cannot rely on school to get you the results you want. You have to do independent work outside of school and yes it is possible to get plenty of independent work done at home, but depends on priorities.

Schools finish about 3:30, yes? And your kids go to bed about 10pm, some later. But the idea of an hour of homework is horrifying? Out of 6.5 hours, you can’t find the time for an hour’s homework?
