like teemo got his sling shot nerfed, his projectiles dont stay on hit, and his setplay got nerfed multiple times but illaoi can still screen lock (arguably better), her tentacles stay on hit and her setplay is even stronger then teemos old setplay?

I really try to not get annoyed at the game because i believe that hurts my growth as a player. But why can illaoi do literally everything they nerfed from teemo? I dont get the point in changing a character for "competitive integrity" and allow another character to do the same.
