@IrishRail Hi chaos. Late Boarding of 16:30 Heuston Gslway service then not even the carrige letter displayed never mind seat reservations. Is Carriage A 1st or last. What a joke not honouring reservations now either. Refunds required

@IrishRail how are customers supposed to plan a journey if your journey planner app doesn't give accurate or real time information? I've arrived at a station and not a train in sight, which means I miss my connecting train and has a knock on effect on the rest of my day.

@IrishRail my mother and brother were verbally attacked by one of your workers on a Dublin train they were coming home from after he had surgery in Temple Street. He misheard the worker asking him to move his leg (that he had surgery on) from the seat, which is fine, but (cont..)

@IrishRail Huge shout out to the #Dart drivers. I notice how kind and considerate they are, making sure elderly people are waited for, not starting till everyone is safely accommodated, even stopping again when they saw a wild crazy lady dashing hysterically down the ramp. Thanks

@IrishRail I am on a train from Drogheda to Bray and the driver just said, "Next station is Bray" (we are in Lansdowne). People ran out of the train. Maybe the communication can be better.
