A3: Istanbul culture has resulted in quite a mix for us! A bicultural (English-Turkish) son, fabulous extended family and all sorts of food inventions. Roast chicken with yoghurt anyone? It’s delicious! #TRLT

@xyzwtf_55 Thanks! Roast chicken isn’t ’a thing’ in Turkish cuisine although it’s very British. And Turkish yogurt does seem to improve almost everything….
