@RiotAugust I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended. That Aphelios Ult follow-up auto attacks after illumination don't proc the guaranteed crit from Fiendhunter's Bolts, and it doesn't work for the auto attacks on Calibrum mark auto attacks after ulting either.
