Well, currently there is a lot of talk about the fact that the United States is spending billions there is some misinformation floating around about them sending Somalia $9 billion And then there’s another group of people who is saying that and I was talking to them too about this very thing that we are spending so much money in Somalia And then when I quoted the under secretary for the department of war where they were saying that they are not giving them humanitarian aid per se they are mainly training them to fight the deadly terrorist groups that are currently hitting Somalia and killing men, women and children So my option would be if they gave up their sovereignty and immediately became United States citizens and then Senators like Elizabeth Warren would pipe down about the need to give a lot of our humanitarian aid to Somalia due to all of the murders that are happening by that terrorist group It is a extremist Islamic terrorist group and it’s one of four deadly terrorist groups that are inflicting themselves upon regular civilians in Somalia and that whole area So I was presenting as an option that given the issues that most likely will continue that instead of allowing their own citizens to be crushed by these terrorist groups , and instead of being reliant upon any humanitarian aid that our country would give them Even with President Trump, cutting off humanitarian aid and basic healthcare to them If Somalia dissolved its sovereignty and agreed to become split up into states where the areas were automatically United States States Then those terrorist groups have would immediately have declared war on US soil And that US soil would be formally Somalia So that US soil would be defended, and the value of the new Americans would be vital, and they would all be able to be defended by the full force of the United States rather than us sending over a couple involving the United Nations and not really being that concerned with giving them humanitarian aid In my opinion, if it means anything, if the country and government of Somalia were able to agree to dissolve their sovereignty and petition the US Congress and President Trump to become split up into American states essentially making their whole area US soil, Then that would be better for their people. That would be a relief to every single man, woman, and child who simply want to live in peace and harmony, rather than being in concerned that they are going to be killed by terrorist extremist groups. So this is why I was introducing this as a potentiality on this platform to these governments And then we would not be guilty of giving large amounts of our taxpayer dollars to foreign countries No, because we would be securing our US soil on an area of land that was formally Somalia So it would be a cannibal use of billions of dollars to secure our US soil in that area that would be formally Somalia And the people there would likely celebrate because of the fact that suddenly they would have in their corner the might of the United States. And even though there’s so many people that bash America and blamed America for a lot of things that are not our fault —— They still come to us for aid They still recognize that we have a strength that they do not have So I was presenting this as a way to give a potential solution For the sake of the innocent men, women and children who lived there Families deserve to grow They do.

Hmm 🤔@Somalia I have asked artificial intelligence and extensively if you as a country agreed to dissolve yourself in your sovereignty to become absorbed as either a US territory or split into US states & what that would entail and if you would agree to it. So here is what the artificial intelligence said and response to my idea, and keep in mind that if you were to agree to do this and get President Trump @POTUS to agree to it, ultimately it would also have to go to our US Congress, and then the he would have to agree But say, for the sake of shits and giggles, all of that would occur then you all would suddenly as well as all of your people have the protection and the wealth that is attributed to being a United States citizen Somalia would have immediate healthcare and immediate access to the programs that every single United States citizen has right now @Ilhan And this goes for the other African countries and any other countries that would like to consider dissolving their sovereignty to be petitioning our US Congress and our US president to become either a US territory or ideally split up into states. This is something to consider, considering the current political climate of our world and the scarcity right now of development @Somali would not be dependent upon whether or not the United States congressional body decided to send you humanitarian aid . No. If you were split up into United States states, then you would be able to have IMMEDIATE access to modern healthcare that is currently in the United States, modern medicines, modern regard for the value of human life. And everything that that entails. it would not be contingent upon whether or not we decide to give you aid Because you are an American state or state if your country is big enough to be split into states 🤔 But this is something to consider for #Somalia as well as other African countries, Asian countries, and any country that would be willing to dissolve their sovereignty and submit to be split up into states to receive the full benefit of being part of the United States as a resident and a citizen. And then you would be protected officially by the US military. Your life would be of value to the United States past humanitarian aid Your lives would be of value because you would be one of us So this is what artificial intelligence told me in regards to a country dissolving its own sovereignty: ⬇️ Yes, a sovereign country can choose to give up or transfer its sovereignty. Under international law, the core principle is self determination, which means a people can decide their political status. That would allow a country like Somalia to choose union. On the U.S. side, the US Constitution gives Congress authority over territories and admission of new states. for Somalia to become a U.S. territory or be admitted as states, Congress would have to pass legislation & the President would have to approve it. •There is no modern precedent of a UN member state dissolving itself to join the United States •It would likely require a national referendum in Somalia and formal legal dissolution of its sovereignty •It would face intense international scrutiny under the United Nations framework •The U.S. would also have to decide politically to accept it So the accurate answer is: •yes, a country can legally choose to give up sovereignty under international law if done through lawful consent •yes, the U.S. could accept territory or admit states through Congress It is legally conceivable, politically and practically. SOURCE: openai (chatgpt). 2026. analysis analyzed as a response to a question of whether or not a sovereignty could dissolve and be converted into states of the united states of america in a real world 2026 setting, answered with high precision upon logged preferences request by the user. To achieve, you must surprise. -Jennifer Cross US House MD03 candidate

I think they should rename Social Security social insecurity because they are willing to hold over the heads of many many people who are struggling paycheck to paycheck over payments that are clearly occurring during financial hardship @SocialSecurity rename yourself to social insecurity so at least you speak the truth for once Because clearly people who have outstanding over payments have them because they still are experiencing financial hardship due to the immense absolutely immense imbalance between tax brackets, and people hoarding wealth, rather than dropping all of the prices to a reasonable amount For God sake, forgive all of the overpayments Or change your name to social insecurity Because you people were paying dead people You could’ve used that money to balance out the overpayment that occurred during financial hardships of good people in this country But no You were paying faceless bank accounts of dead people So please rename your administration social insecurity Because that is what you are You have our social insecurity And you are not helping anyone when you refuse to acknowledge financial hardships and waivers that have been submitted over and over again Of which you deny You deny them because it seems to be your actual mission to crush people into financial hardship That’s what it appears to be To the average regular US citizen, it appears to be that your actual mission at the social insecurity administration, which is what your name truly should be By not forgiving over payments of people experiencing immense financial hardship, and trying to catch up on all of the financial bills and all of the financial injustice that hit them from the object, greed of corporations … I think that your true mission is to crush the American person Because if it was not your actual mission, then you would wave or you would forgive the overpayments And until you do, my political opinion about Social Security is that you all are the most socially insecure administration that they could possibly be When you deny the fact that most American people are really floundering bc of the hike and prices and the hike in utilities, and people are not able to even have a house or rent! You will actually blame the United States treasury for your own lack of moral fortitude, federal, accountability, and ethics Until you start waving the overpayments —- My political opinion, and even if I don’t get into Congress this year, I have other YEARS to try to get into Congress And the fact is, I have members of sitting Congress emailing me asking me what I support and WHAT problems I see in federally funded programs regarding the Social Security administration, what I see right here is that SSA are in support of crushing Americans by compounding further financial hardship by holding overpayment over their head These should be forgiven immediately And I am sharing all of these political opinions with every single sitting member of Congress, who emails my campaign email asking me what my opinion specifically are regarding certain federal programs, INCLUDING the Social Security administration And then, on top of the fact to us treasury, according to the people who answered the phone for the Social Security administration… The people who answered the phone for the Social Security administration are openly saying that the US treasury department is sending them messages specifically to take forcibly take and strip a United States veteran of their disability/pension pay that they are using to live on based on these unfair over payments that have resulted in severe financial hardship @VAVetBenefits Well, guess what? @USTreasury I am discussing this with sitting members of Congress about your behavior, the fact that there are people answering the phone saying that you are doing this. Encouraging them to say that they don’t care if the person lives underneath a bridge bc they will take that money

Well, Nancy, if you push forward for legislation to involve the death penalty for anyone involved in a sex crime, regardless of security clearance or congressional or political office then that would force the department of justice to identify who has been involved and what kind of sex crimes members of Congress have committed and whether or not they would fall underneath the new law🤔 What if it turns out that there are 300 members of Congress, who are facing the death penalty over six crimes that they have been involved in and it has been hushed up? With those who touched it up additionally and be considered accomplices? So I hope that you were any legislation that you are proposing that includes the death penalty for anyone who is guilty of sex crimes, including members of Congress

Yes, Pete Hegseth is a republican, and he leans more towards Republican because of his loyalty to President Donald Trump And you’re right people are quick to blame Democrats for all of the aid however, President Trump has already cut off the wasteful aid and funding to foreign countries But the department of defense, also known as the department of war is currently in 2026 utilizing funding for Somalia in order to combat a very deadly terrorist group And me admitting that is not me saying that I am some sort of calm, despite the fact that I am being insulted and called crazy and a communist 🤣😟🤧

Friends in Maryland: The United States SUPPORTS Somalia bcz staying out can create bigger problems later. We are combatting terrorism by interfering right now. Al Shabaab is an extremist terrorist group that uses violence against civilians and can threaten regional and global security, if left unchecked. Getting involved early thru support & aid helps prevent larger conflicts, reduces the risk of that terrorism spreading, and avoids MORE costly military action in the future. At the same time, it allows the U.S. to provide humanitarian help to people facing famine and instability. The goal is to prevent bigger threats, protect people, and maintain global stability before problems escalate. Misinformation identified as news! Pattern confirmed. Your post. Let me explain so that every1 is aware of why this is considered misinformation so that you can decide for yourself if you want to support a robot farmed account such as this one who is labeling themselves as the news when they are not the news and neither are they confirmed to be directly affiliated with the official United States says Friends in Maryland & throughout the United States: this post is a perfect example of how misinformation gets dressed up to look like “official news” when it is NOT. There is a real congressional effort focused on govt efficiency and oversight of waste, fraud, and abuse. That part is factual. And Congressional hearings and oversight committees DO review improper payments and inefficiencies across federal programs. WHAT IS NOT VERIFIED is the dramatic claim of “over $1 TRILLION in duplication” being presented as “fact” without sourcing, along with emotionally charged language that turns a policy discussion into something that sounds like confirmed reporting. this is how modern influence works: • take a real event • layer in exaggerated or unverified claims • amplify it with strong emotional language • present it like breaking or official news And suddenly it spreads as if it is confirmed truth. That account is not presenting itself as clearly labeled opinion. It is blending #opinion, hype, and selective facts in a way that can mislead people into thinking it is verified information. I support cutting waste, fraud, and abuse. Every #American does. what i do not support is the manipulation of public perception thru these “news” viral accounts that blur the line between fact, opinion, and amplification. So here is the standard I will continue to stand on: • Verified information should come with credible sourcing • Opinion should be clearly identified as opinion • Viral claims without evidence should be questioned I owe that to #Maryland voters. Because informed citizens make strong decisions. Misled citizens are being guided instead of informed. And wanting factual news to be conveyed to the American public rather than subversion tactics by foreign funded viral accounts, claiming to be the news does not make me a communist No, in fact, it makes that the reverse is true about me. And I am Jennifer Cross running for federal congressional political office for the United States Congress House of Representatives for Maryland congressional district 3 And you can verify that of the legitimacy of my standing at elections.maryland.gov You see, I am providing a legitimate source for verification about who I am, In contrast, do you see any of these viral accounts that are claiming to be the news submitting for you which foreign country they belong to? Or which NGO that is being funded by a federal entity or foreign country No. That is a big fat no. And until you start to see that type of verification of who the account belongs to… I implore you to look at the so-called news with caution. unless that account identifies themselves with a legitimate standing of who and what they are and WHAT funding they are receiving—-and what type of influence they are perpetrating…. I urge you to see every single so-called emotional news, including off of Fox News… Fox News @FoxNews does not cite their sources So be careful when you are reading the news on these platforms because until you can see the legitimacy of where those accounts originate from… Please assume that they are misinformation subversive vehicles designed to harm the American psyche And they are purposely doing this during an election year So please think about this because from a #misinformation point of view, these accounts are subversion vehicles typically used by foreign intelligence analysts that are utilizing robot farms to make it look as if it is viral for the sole purpose of influencing American votes, and how #Americans THINKS.

I think 2026 is the year to combat the bot farms of #misinformation (unless of course Elon Musk wants to rename this platform as a misinformation microblog?) I do believe that section 230 could be amended to remove the immunity that currently exists for social media platforms so that they become civilly liable for knowingly, allowing rampant misinformation on their platforms @GOPoversight @OversightDems Amend Section 230(c)(1) and 230(c)(2) In order to battle, the false and misleading material that exists on an app or a platform like X. There should be a dedicated misinformation regulation or regulator that exists for broadcast media (TV/radio) an Internet platforms or social media… this is 2026 for God sake, and there’s no misinformation regulator??? Are you serious? 🤦🏻‍♀️😮 It’s not a matter of the first amendment to be violated. It is an accountability measure for all of the social media platforms as well as micro blogs like this one. And I think that this is an intelligence aspect as well, and it will cut down on how much federal funding is being used to sift through all of the misinformation. @ODNIgov fr 🤦🏻‍♀️🤝🫤

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Ok, my sweet… as a future lawmaker who had the guts to put my name on a 2026 federal ballot… i think there is still a disconnect here btwn what current law already covers what i have/am clearly saying should be addressed through additional legislation.🤭 •i have never claimed that every post on x is illegal •i have never argued that general political speech should be censored. what i have said, consistently is that fed. law already bars foreign nationals from making contributions, donations, expenditures, independent expenditures, or disbursements for electioneering communications in connection with federal, state, or local elections. that is the text of 52 u.s.c. § 30121, the @fec explains that this prohibition reaches contributions & disbursements tied to election activity. the problem you keep collapsing into 1 narrow category is that modern influence operations do not always arrive wearing a campaign button and saying “vote for” or “vote against.” @ODNIgov has already stated that foreign actors have spread false or inflated claims in order to undermine public confidence in u.s. election processes, odni’s foreign malign influence center explains that election influence CAN include broader foreign malign influence efforts meant to shape outcomes or undermine democratic processes. so the point is not that current law already covers every single form of foreign funded viral deception packaged as news. the point is that current law recognizes a legal boundary around foreign election influence i am saying that congress should debate whether that boundary now NEEDS to be updated for online ecosystems where foreign funded accts, bot amplification, & deceptive presentation can imitate organic domestic news traffic. 🤔 that is not a strawman. that is a policy argument built on the existing legalities. what i also see in your replies is an unusually narrow reading that treats any discussion beyond express advocacy as if it must be bad faith. political psych literature has a name for that kind of rigid filtering of information: 😪motivated skepticism. it describes how ppl often defend a preferred interpretation by discounting broader evidence rather than engaging it on the merits. so let me say this plainly 1 more time: •i support the first amendment •i support the organic voice of the american people •and i support debating legislation aimed at foreign funded viral accts that present themselves as trustworthy news while manipulating public perception during election years. if this distinction still is not clear… then i do not know what else it would take short of engraving it in stone and putting it on a billboard with neon lights. furthermore, your back & forth with me strongly reminds me of my 19 yr old son debating with him about statute limitation legalities involving @DHSgov and #Canada extraditions. sources: taber, charles s., and milton lodge. 2006. “motivated skepticism in the evaluation of political beliefs.” american journal of political science 50, no. 3: 755 to 769. doi.org/10.1111/j.1540… united states congress. “52 u.s.c. § 30121. contributions and donations by foreign nationals.” u.s. house of representatives, office of the law revision counsel. uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req…) u.s. election assistance commission. “foreign nationals.” federal election commission. fec.gov/help-candidate… u.s. office of the director of national intelligence. 2021. foreign threats to the 2020 u.s. federal elections. dni.gov/files/ODNI/doc… u.s. office of the director of national intelligence, foreign malign influence center. 2024. fmi primer. dni.gov/files/FMIC/doc… u.s. office of the director of national intelligence, foreign malign influence center. 2024. fmi primer, vol. 2. dni.gov/files/FMIC/doc… openai (chatgpt). 2026. verification of organization and verification of cited legal, intelligence, and academic sources in high precision as requested by user logged preferences

Uh huh🤧 your argument is incomplete and needs work. 😪🫣🫣🫣 i am not misrepresenting the statute, and i am not claiming that general political speech is unlawful. I did not say that I have been extremely clear a failure of comprehension that you have clearly accepted in your ongoing posts🤝 what i am explaining is that the law does not end at express advocacy language like “vote for” or “vote against.” 52 u.s.c. § 30121 noooo….that statute bars foreign nationals from making expenditures or providing anything of value in connection with an election, directly or indirectly. Such as foreign funded viral accounts on platforms like X.🤧😌🫣 that reaches beyond formal campaign ads and clearly labeled electioneering. it includes funded or coordinated efforts designed to shape voter perception, even when they are presented as “news” or commentary. the legal focus is not limited to specific phrases. the focus is whether there is foreign funding, coordination, or direction tied to influencing an election. Which is why I have stated that regulation should be administered in the future or at least looked at as a proposed amendment to an existing law or statute🤝 And….your framing narrows the statute to only express advocacy and regulated ads, which leaves out the broader scope written into the law. the statute explicitly covers indirect expenditures and things of value, and influence efforts do not need explicit language to impact elections. i am not arguing that general speech or opinions are illegal. i am defending the first amendment while also pointing out that foreign funded influence activity is not protected once it crosses into expenditures, coordination, or deceptive practices tied to elections. so the standard remains consistent: if there is no foreign funding or coordination, then it is protected speech. if there is, then federal election law becomes relevant. that is not a fallacy. that is the legal framework.🤝

I bet that China has known about this and if not, then I wonder what else they don’t know—-besides Xi’s ineptitude for creating a society that is not based upon communism and a stripping of basic human decency @MFA_China feel free to tell him I said that… and if he wants me to give him a bullet point reasoning of why I say that I am more than happy to oblige My contact information for my congressional campaign is in my profile of this platform But he is clearly inept when he is relying on a social credit system that effectively kills an entire generation if they do not comply That is a recipe for disaster and it’s very very close to the time that China was forcing families to kill off any child except for 1. China has committed a large amount of issues And then they cover it up by rolling out technology That is a clear case of ignoring the problem And the problem is the president of China, Xi Jinping. China is an official enemy of the United States, 🤝 so therefore, I stand by what I say about him. there are so many aspects of failings that he has as a so-called leader. No, he is more like a dictator. Feel free to tell him I said that. Not that I would matter. I am just a simple woman who just so happens to be running for US Congress. What I would like to know is who he is secretly supporting out of our US Congress, including the candidates Can you please bullet point that for me and email it to me on your Chinese government letterhead? And then I can know for sure what the list is since you are all about transparency for the #EpsteinFiles how about if China be more transparent with exactly which politicians you all have given millions of dollars to who are currently sitting in US Congress, including candidates for Congress right now and 2026? Yeah, China is truly about transparency… send me an official letter detailing out exactly which politicians you all have paid. And what years? Since the 1970s, I would like a full list Unless you are truly not about transparency and simply about the Epstein files… so if China truly is wanting to share… Great Email me a full list with the years of which politicians China has exactly paid for and given millions and the exact receipts. Go ahead ministry of foreign affairs for China. Give me the receipts at my congressional email located in my profile. You can also look at elections.maryland.gov. For my exact contact information for where to send the receipts to of which years and which politicians China has paid for and given, millions to Even if they happen to be former sitting US presidents, I would like to know Since China wants to be transparent about the Epstein files, you can at least be transparent to me and give me the receipts of which politicians and US presidents. China has personally given millions to or any dollar amount, including the years. I hope to see that list soon And then by all means revealed the unreacted version of the Epstein files But only if you were willing to send me the receipts with the years and exact payments of who you have paid out of our US politicians and including sitting or previous US presidents. I am not a government entity however I am running for federal congressional office right now in 2026 And I do think that I have a right to know just like everybody has a right to know what the unreacted version of the Epstein files are….. For Valhalla’s sake, send me the receipts, China. And then the truth will finally be revealed So with you displaying the unreacted version of the Epstein files and sending me all of the receipts of every last US politician, including presidents who you have paid millions or even a dollar to…. That would make 2026 the year of transparency and truth surfacing for the first time in over 100 years. #China #USA #Transparency #Truth

Hmm… 😪 i am not creating a strawman, and i am not misrepresenting anything. As I have previously reiterated and expressed very succinctly, ofc, allowing for some grammatical errors because of my voice to text technology that i am using i am applying the actual statutory language to the situation being discussed. 52 u.s.c. § 30121 DOES NOT only apply to direct campaign donations in the narrow sense. it prohibits foreign nationals from directly or indirectly making contributions or expenditures, or providing anything of value, in connection with any federal, state, or local election. that includes coordinated activity intended to influence voters, not just formal campaign donations. the issue being raised is not “posts on x” in isolation. the issue is whether there is foreign funding, coordination, or direction behind the content that could constitute an expenditure or thing of value intended to influence an election. that is a legal question, not a fallacy. Get the picture? Do you get the picture yet? Do you? Or do I have to rephrase this over and over and over again? no one is being labeled anything. the standard is simple and consistent: if there is no foreign funding, coordination, or involvement tied to election influence, then the statute does not apply. if there is, then it becomes relevant under federal law. reducing that legal framework to “strawman” avoids you personally engaging with the statute itself and the scope of what it actually covers. #Duh

If they reject it back And I know that you are not the true news But the fact is those federal offices, protect federal employees and they do not I repeat do not want to harm their perfect record for no whistleblowing incidents @DeptVetAffairs I mean, the Department of Veterans Affairs specifically has written in an emails as well as sent out official letters, refusing to allow people to whistle blow, and in fact retaliating against people who have whistle blown, and that is in actual writing on actual United States government letterhead by the office of the general council for the US Department of Veterans Affairs Until you recall every last one of those letters and submit actual whistleblowing, your entire department is absolutely corrupt @SecVetAffairs so start the recall of all the letters for the past 10 years If you do that, and you pinpoint exactly which attorneys are doing it Then you will actually have true and proven accountability But until then, your entire department is immensely, corrupt, and what I would like to know is who exactly has influenced you to do that, and to reject whistleblower reports that have reported murders? This is what I would like to know why there are staff attorneys in the VAOGC that are sending out letters on official United States government letterhead underneath official business, rejecting, whistleblower reports, and then going the extra mile to retaliate in writing on those same letters There needs to be some accountability here Because that is saying that you support those entities that are being whistled, blown on murdering United States veterans by their own actions of negligence And this is not some random misinformation no, this is real, and it is documented on actual United States government letterhead by your own attorneys Over at the VAOGC so are they above the law as well? And I bet you Kash Patel’s going to absolutely ignore this Because that is the way he rolls in Valhalla Right buddy @FBIDirectorKash you’re going to absolutely ignore the negligence of the VAOGC being complacent and very aware of the murders that have been reported by whistleblower regarding defense contractors and veteran service organizations, and they have rejected those whistleblowers, and in fact retaliated against them, denying federal employment based on those whistleblower reports of them telling them about murders by negligence of United States Veterans, who served their country faithfully this has all been on the United States govt official letterhead out of the VAOGC And if you’re gonna sit there and tell me that those attorneys are above the law & they are all allowed to be complicit by rejecting & retaliating , you should resign now secretary of Department of Veterans Affairs and Kash With all due respect, resign, because of the fact that you all are also additionally complacent when you allow those letters to go out underneath the letterhead of the United States, government and official business specifying and detailing out how they are retaliating for that person whistleblowing, and then incorrectly sighting the constitution and title 38 completely ignoring whistleblower protection as well as part I chapter 59 of title 38 where it states that people are allowed to do claims as long as they are underneath the supervision of VA accredited organizations or officers or lawyers So if you were going to sit there and do nothing like you have been doing besides what you should be doing, which is recalling all of those letters And then, having a cross referencing of VA forms and department of defense forms to see if there’s any boxes that need to be checked to show that whoever was writing that form understood exactly in plain writing & plain language what they were agreeing to that was the reason, that is the reason that is given to reject whistleblowers discussing the negligence that has resulted in murder & suicide This makes me so sad that you ignore this

So you responding actually speaks more about you than about me. i am not deflecting. i am pointing to the distinctive legal framework that governs this issue. I have been crystal clear and let me reiterate again to you that there is a clear distinction between protected speech and unlawful conduct. As I previously stated very clearly, but it seems that since it seems to escape, you let me reiterate, it again ….under federal law, foreign funded or coordinated election activity is restricted when it involves contributions, expenditures, or efforts to influence voters, as outlined in 52 u.s.c. § 30121. This includes these viral accounts, which I believe do you need regulation. Again, please exclude excuse my punctuation, grammar and spelling because I am using voice to text technology and the AutoCorrect is super annoying. It automatically will correct itself, even when I’m discussing United States or laws or statutes. that is NOT a conspiracy theory, that is statutory law. Nor have I misrepresented myself at any moment in any of my replies to you to address this topic. Again…. what is being addressed is not “all news” or “all speech,” it is whether there is evidence of foreign funding, coordination, or undisclosed influence that would fall under federal election law or related statutes such as the foreign agents registration act. Get the picture? This right here is why there needs to be regulation in place to pinpoint it online that these viral accounts that are foreign funded are responsible. Most platforms do not want to ban a viral account who has 17 million followers, even if those followers on the majority are robots. Because of the engagement, but the fact is, they are also banning organic accounts simply because they are exercising their freedom of speech that should be protected on platforms yet seems to only be designated for these viral foreign funded accounts that are dead set on interfering with elections in the United States to subvert the American population. This is misinformation being catalog as news. And as a federal congressional candidate, I am saying that there needs to be a regulation of that specifically And because they are using deception, this does not fall underneath, protect protected freedom of speech underneath the first amendment, as I have previously stated Because foreign based robots are not US citizens Do you understand? if the claim is that a source is legitimate, then the standard is simple: show that it is not funded, directed, or influenced in a way that violates those laws. Therefore… to elaborate further, despite the fact that you are still insisting that I am making misrepresented claims when I have been very specific and clear…. reducing a legal conflict like you have been doing for the past 1/2 hour to “fallacies” without addressing the statutes itself avoids the actual issue. but by all means continue…. #ElectJenniferCrossMD03 #Maryland #ElectionElections2026 #FactVersusFiction #FactsMatter

I am not deflecting As I have clearly stated in order to push as you are against supporting the first amendment or even modifying any protections to avoid any type of online espionage, buy a foreign funded viral account … You would have to be paid for by a foreign funded. In fact you might possibly even be a robot. That would be just my luck to be arguing with a robot right now 🤦🏻‍♀️🤧 I bet there are teams of people underneath the specific building in Greenbelt of 15 floors of people who are likely chuckling to themselves that Miss Cross is arguing with an actual robot who is from a federally funded account Yep, they’re probably laughing at me right now And the NSA US cyber forces are likely watching this and facepalming their foreheads as if they say Cross can you not identify this even with your intelligence studies? 🤣 That’s a little bit of intelligence humor right there Because you know the squirrels and the chipmunks are watching This is considered OSINT that they don’t have to pay for Free and clear intelligence for them to read from an actual federal congressional candidate arguing most likely with a robot 🤣🤣🤣🤣 From an intelligence perspective, this is actually hilarious And most likely my two professors who are on here are likely reading this saying Miss Cross. You know that that is likely a robot. They’re going to be instant messaging me through the university telling me —-that argument that you had on X… we are pretty sure that’s a robot that is funded by a foreign country And then they’re going to section off everything that you have said to prove the point that most likely you are a robot Because you are waving away the first amendment protections, you are waving away the original topic which was that I said that regulations need to be in place for these online platforms in regards to foreign funded or foreign based accounts that perpetuate misinformation in an effort to subvert the American population Specifically during an election year And most likely they’re gonna send me over peer reviewed a journals to support that my argument is valid, however …. Unfortunately, for me, you are likely a robot.🤣🤣🤣🤣 OK chipmunks I see it 🫣 No judgment, please squirrels 😅😌🫣🫣🫣 Oh my gosh @NSAGov go ahead and catalog it…. Underneath the file that Jennifer Cross, Maryland congressional district 3 was arguing with a robot on X And it was bringing up every form of argument to derail the US first amendment and a candidates right to propose change By promoting potential future legislation regarding regulating online robot farm activity use for espionage foreign purposes and intelligence subversion Go ahead I know you’re going to catalog it 😅🤧😌🫣🤣🤣🤣 Please tell my brother I said hi at NSA HQ🤝😌
