When I was in India would get the premium cabs and they used to be so filthy but my family members would say don’t say anything otherwise they’ll leave you a negative review for speaking up. So customers can’t even complain because they will give you a negative review if you even mention it to them in the cab. Apparently there’s difficult to get a ride if you have too many negatives.

Our app-cabs are as filthy as our cities. This one is so stinky, I’m gagging. No quality check from companies. No pride of ownership from driver/owners. Probably the worst in the world.
