@JustEatUK I ordered food for my birthday yesterday, part of the order missing. Rang the restaurant who agreed came to yourselves for a refund and you won't give it me or tell me the reason why. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing

Had a delivery but no food , instead 4 coffees ,2 ordered . Went to the McDonald’s restaurant and complained.
They said you have to complain to Just Eat . My daughter did and was refused point blank , No Refund .

@JustEatUK Wrong order delivered. Refunded as credit but lost £10 voucher due to your error. Replacement still doesn’t work after multiple chats.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Using incomplete pre written templates and ending the chat without solution!

Hi @StarbucksUK, ordered through @JustEatUK - you sent an empty bag with 'refund' on it and apparently I have to pay full price for that as there's not enough proof I didnt get the food? Can you please review your CCTV footage, as apparently JustEat need more thorough 'evidence'
