We have reached an agreement with the Elsa team. There was significant misalignment throughout this campaign regarding onchain activity, eligibility criteria, size of the payout, and the legitimacy of Epoch 2, which progressed 50%. After multiple rounds of discussion, we’ve reached an agreement. The Deal: 1. The Elsa team has already transferred $150,000 USDC to Wallchain for distribution to Quackers. 2. Compensation will include both participants with and without onchain activity. 3. Epochs 1 and 2 will be compensated proportionally based on campaign duration. Epoch 2 progressed 50%. 4. In addition, 0.2% of the Elsa token supply will be allocated to quackers from Epoch 1 & 2, subject to a 3-month cliff and 6-month vesting, with distribution handled by the Elsa team. 5. $150,000 USDC reward claims are expected to be claimable by Thursday. This outcome represents a positive improvement over the original state. It reflects the effort invested in advocating for fair treatment of participants and the Elsa team’s progress toward resolving this situation. We are also taking concrete steps to improve alignment and execution in future Wallchain campaigns. Thanks to the Quackers who stayed united in hard times, you remain the main characters and drivers of our product’s growth.
