@JaglinskiPaul Sorry Paul, if I coached at Syracuse or the Miami Heat and it gave me the best chance to WIN then I might play it also. AAU to me is about player development and showcasing your skills to get recruited. Standing in a zone doesn’t do either.

Syracuse men played zone successfully for years. The Miami Heat use it in the NBA. Ohio State women (1 of the most best D1 programs in the country) play a zone press. Zone gives a different look on baseline inbounds. Let me know where you’d like to send my meal. #evolve #adapt

@GMacHoops Would be terrible. Many schools would opt to largely recruit transfers instead of HS.

Attention college prospects: If the NCAA implements the 5-in-5 proposal the recruiting landscape could be chaos immediately. If you have a good offer on the table you need to think seriously about saying “yes” right now. The spin-off impact for D2 and JUCO could be far-reaching.
