I had a deep 2 hour talk about AI with my daughter that is 17 years old and graduating high school and soon going to college.
I’m almost at a loss on how much information to provide and how much to withhold without it seeming overwhelmingly dystopian.
It is such a tough world to navigate right now and provide guidance.
As an entrepreneur who is entrenched in emerging tech using agents on a daily basis, I can see the writing on the wall.
Educational systems are archaic and not adapting to the pace that we live in.
I’m an optimist but at the same time a pragmatist.
Humans with AI will replace humans without AI in almost all job disciplines and then eventually AI will replace most humans with AI.
Anyone else struggling with this?

I recently did a Claude workshop with all my employees (including my VA's) for my different companies to get them up to speed.
Gave them paid plans.
Wild how in 2 weeks they've been able to 5-10x their output and are finding a lot of different edge cases in making themselves more efficient while feeling less burn out.
Claude Cowork for redundant tasks has eliminated a lot of the mundane, highly repetitive shit that they hate.
The key was getting them to understand how to set goals with it, focus on high leverage tasks and connecting it with all the other tools they use like Notion, Canva, Google Calendar, etc.
If you are using it, teach your team how to use it.
