World Premiere: Prague Showdown is SAGE format. That feels weird, I totally understand. There’s been messaging all year that every World Tour will feature a SAGE showdown. I feel almost obligated to mention that there are also 3x Omens Sealed events to play on Sunday as well!

SAGE is a very good format competitively imo on top of all it's benefits. Biggest issue I've seen with it is the tournament structure (turn order somewhat falls under this). A single SAGE game can often feel too unsatisfying, especially at a Tier 4 level. #fabtcg (cont.)

Had a great time this pt testing with team super armoury. Huge thanks to @MinMaxGames1 for making it possible and all my teammates for some amazing memories.

@theredflash11 @SonikHolik Well it seemed that ultimately it was more of a confusion about who was going first? It was a little unclear to me but it seemed there was a miscommunication at some point in the process that led to both players holding their opening hands waiting for the other to go first

@GoldJejGram @SonikHolik It also increases the amount of work required from players to build and be ready to pilot 3 different decks which is be hyped for but is another barrier I understand LSS not wanting to make mandatory

@GoldJejGram @SonikHolik This sounds awesome and I’d love to play in an event but I understand LSS not wanting to run it. It sounds prone to miscommunication about what’s being picked/banned especially when there’s a language barrier, as far as I know these formats have mostly been used in online games.

@GoldJejGram @SonikHolik That said if someone wants to make a community run event I would love to participate.

@SonikHolik A judge to help settle who had won dice roll and I fear the issue would be much worse if they were having to pick deck in sequence etc.

@SonikHolik For callings I would love to see 3-4 extra rounds to make it a x-3 top cut. A format where you bring 2-3 decks with some kind of pick ban or best of 3 involving multiple decks sounds awesome but may have issues. Even at the pt I witnessed a game where players had to call

My friend at Calling Shanghai got a IP2 penalty (the equivalent of a GameLoss in Magic) for playing Garland and listing Blossom. Here I think judges should defer from the rule and use common sense. TCGs should move past punishing players and focus on growing the game. #fabtcg
