To all of our service members and their families, veterans, Gold Star Families, and the survivors and caregivers who have sacrificed so much for our nation – we owe you an incredible debt. It’s a debt we can never repay, but we will always meet our sacred obligation to you.

Twenty-one years later, what was destroyed, we have repaired. What was threatened, we have fortified. What was attacked, the indomitable American spirit, has never wavered.
