#rec In maths, we have been looking at different ways to make repeating patterns, such as AAB, ABB and AABC. We tested out patterns on different frames, to see if they can be continuous or not 🤩

#Y2 in SPaG today, we played a word game and had to listen to each other and take turns speaking. We had to try really hard to wait our turn😀

We had a great time moving and grooving in our #RoyalBalletAndOpera live zoom workshop this morning, retelling the story of Alice in Wonderland #Y4

#Y2 We’ve been showing Mrs Pook our great team work this morning, using the equipment to divide by 2, 5 and 10. Great to be back together again!

#rec In maths, we have been making number bonds to 10 using Numicon pieces 😀

#rec Today in maths, we have been looking at the composition of numbers up to 10. We had to find 2 Numicon pieces that add together to make our given number 😀

#rec We have had great fun sharing our favourite toys😀 We also loved looking at some toys that belonged to our grown ups when they were little 🧸

#Y1 We have had a brilliant day at Beacon Fell today🌳🪾🍂🍃! The children were amazing and had lots of fun; they walked up to the summit, went on a nature walk and enjoyed building their own dens! I hope they enjoy telling you all about their day ☺️

Wow! Our #Y3 class look absolutely incredible in their World Book Day costumes! 🤩

#rec We have loved writing about Sir Charlie Stinky Socks today. We changed the story by choosing our own character to be behind the door at the top of the tower 🤩

#Y3 and #Y4 showed off their creative skills this afternoon, retelling the story of Hansel and Gretel in our drama workshop.

#rec In RE, we have been learning about the Last Supper. We had a try at washing each others hands, just like Jesus did with his disciple’s feet 😀
