@Hermesparcels can you please tell me how to get my house number to the courier. It’s on my account on the app. I’ve given on online chat. I have a neighbour allocated and a safe place and yet you keep telling me to contact you as you can’t deliver.

@Hermesparcels my parcel had no house number on it so couldn’t be delivered Thursday. . I updated the address online, gave the landline number too and still my parcel was shown as attempted delivery yesterday even though someone was in all day. What else can I do?

@DLPHelp I cancelled my annual pass in June and have not been refunded. My partner received their refund. Who do I contact? I can’t log onto the annual pass portal as the pass is cancelled.
