I’ll play devils advocate back 🤣 No owner is going to run their horse immediately after it’s publicly announced it failed a scan. Horse could sustain an injury totally unrelated to scan and people would hammer the owner. Horses will always spell which means RV vets can never be held accountable for making the wrong call as they will always fall back on the “horse rested/recovered” None of this helps the Melbourne cup. I just want to see some review of the processes to make sure we aren’t ruling sound horses out of the greatest race we have

He probably wins both races too - have they robbed the best WFA horse in the land of two of the biggest prizes in the land ?
