Ukrainian unmanned systems reached another critical refinery linked to Russia’s military-industrial supply chain. @1usc_army and @Raid_413, alongside @ServiceSsu carried out strikes on the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery in Kstovo.
The facility is one of Russia’s key oil refineries, producing more than 50 types of petroleum products, including motor gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, and petrochemical components.
Following the strike, explosions and a fire were reported.

I held a Staff meeting. We analyzed in detail the available data from our intelligence agencies on Russia’s planning of offensive operations in the Chernihiv-Kyiv direction. We are preparing responses to every possible course of enemy action – if the Russians do indeed dare to expand their aggression. Our forces in this sector will be increased.
We are also reviewing the possibilities of our external activity – I instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to prepare additional measures of diplomatic influence regarding Belarus, which Russia may use for such an expansion of the war. Relevant non-public tasks have also been assigned to Ukrainian intelligence services.
As for the Russian directions, we are preparing to expand the reach of our long-range sanctions, which have already proven themselves very effective, and to more tangibly compel Russia to reduce its aggression. We also took note of information about Russia’s preparations for new mobilization steps – plus 100,000 people. We believe that, as of today, Russia lacks such potential for covert mobilization, so we should expect Russian political decisions of another format, including those like the recent one regarding the Transnistrian region of Moldova.
Ukraine will certainly defend itself, and right now our task is to strengthen our state so that none of Russia’s five scenarios for expanding the war through northern Ukraine succeeds. I thank everyone who is helping!

Drones are becoming one of the most important tools in Ukraine’s mine clearance operations.
MoD specialists are now training to use UAVs equipped with advanced magnetometers that can detect hidden metal objects and explosive hazards from the air — making demining safer, faster, and more effective.

Guote from a citizen of Ukraine about President Zelensky:
"What Zelensky is doing now at the international level, no president of Ukraine could have even dreamed of, it is simply an epochal figure, I am proud of our leader, he literally saved Ukraine in 2012, when he collected aid from all over the world, and continues to do so every day, respect!"

Russia’s overnight attack on Dnipro and the region lasted more than six hours. A missile strike damaged an apartment block, with other civilian infrastructure also heavily hit. The attack also targeted energy facilities and residential buildings across the region. Drones struck Odesa as well, and one of the UAVs hit a vessel owned by China. The Russians could not have been unaware of what vessel was at sea. Overall, destruction was recorded across eight regions, and as of now, dozens of people across the country have been reported injured, including children.
In total, the Russians used 524 attack drones and 22 missiles of various types in this strike – both ballistic and cruise missiles. Air raid alerts remain in effect across many border and frontline communities, but our services are operating wherever the security situation allows. Russia relies on ballistic missiles to strike people, and that is precisely why we in Europe must do everything possible to ensure reliable protection against this. Europe must have its own anti-ballistic systems and be self-sufficient in the face of these threats. We repeat once again: we need our own anti-ballistic capabilities and stronger Ukrainian air defense right now. This week will be focused on working with our partners to strengthen the protection of lives. I thank everyone already working on this together with Ukraine.
