Earlier this week @DurhamPolice PC Connor Elders on patrol in #durham saw an unconscious male on the ground. Identifying an #opioid overdose, he called an ambulance and then successfully administered #naloxone, or as he described it, ‘a cracking bit of kit’. #naloxonesaveslives
