E3 Lithium has announced Canada's first proven lithium-in-brine mineral reserve, reporting 1.29 million tonnes (Mt) of lithium hydroxide monohydrate. This significant milestone was achieved as part of our Clearwater Pre-Feasibility Study. We’ve also increased our Measured and Indicated lithium mineral resources in Canada to 16.2 Mt Lithium Carbonate Equivalent in the Bashaw District. E3 Lithium is advancing towards commercial development and solidifying the Clearwater Project and Bashaw District as key lithium assets in Canada and North America. #LithiumNews - E3 Lithium is pleased to announce the inaugural inferred mineral resource of ~2.5 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) contained within the Estevan Lithium District located in southeast Saskatchewan. E3 Lithium acquired its Saskatchewan property in 2021, situated near the city of Estevan. The Company’s permit area covers approximately 67,000 hectares of crown mineral permits within the Estevan Lithium District. Recent lithium exploration near E3 Lithium’s land holdings have shown high lithium concentrations, including up to 259 mg/L in the Duperow Formation. #LithiumNews - E3 Lithium is pleased to share it has received the final progress payment of $375,000 from Alberta Innovates, which was part of a larger $1.8 million CAD non-repayable grant awarded in 2021. This grant was instrumental in supporting the development and demonstration of Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology on E3 Lithium’s Leduc brines. E3 Lithium successfully scaled up from lab prototype to the Field Pilot Plant, which was operational throughout 2023 and yielded successful results. Through the support of Alberta Innovates, E3 Lithium has successful de-risked the commercial viability of its brines and has selected a DLE and flowsheet for its first commercial facility that outlines the most viable path to commercial operations. "A standout project for me at E3 involved analyzing and characterization of our brine properties; a unique, challenging, and fulfilling experience. However, the most significant milestone in my career so far has been the recognition of my analytical and leadership skills, particularly within the ISO standards group for Lithium, where I’ve been selected to contribute as a subject matter expert. I actively engage in round robin testing to gather data for validating international standard methods, particularly for lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate. This role not only gives Canada a voice but also serves as an advantage for E3 as we develop internal methods when assessing the purity of lithium product. Looking ahead, the chance for E3 to become North America's first successful DLE commercial producer of battery-grade lithium is incredibly exciting, and I'm thrilled to be a part of establishing Canada's independence in the battery supply chain."

#LithiumNews- We are pleased to announce the appointment of Hon. @sonyasavage, previous Minister of Energy, Minister of Justice and Solicitor General and Minister of Environment and Protected Areas for the Province of Alberta, to E3's Board of Directors. During her time as Minister of Energy, Ms. Savage oversaw the development of Alberta’s energy and mineral resources, and implemented policies, legislation and regulations to enable critical mineral development, including brine-hosted minerals, in the province. Ms. Savage led the development of Bill 82, the Mineral Resource Development Act, which received royal assent in 2021, giving regulatory oversight of Alberta’s mineral resources to the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER), and positioning Alberta as a preferred producer and supplier of metallic and mineral resources. In determining the basis for its commercial design, E3 Lithium evaluated its proprietary DLE technology along with four third-party DLE technologies, all demonstrating technical success for the extraction of lithium from the Company’s brines.
