AI can make a difference in decreasing #AdminBurden. Doctors using an AI scribe reported a 3 hour reduction in admin tasks per week. That's huge!

Family docs spend between 10 to 19 hours a week on paperwork. This takes time away from what they’re trained to do: see patients.
One of the easiest ways to reduce this #AdminBurden is eliminate mandatory sick notes.

It’s dismaying to never see another option mentioned: recruiting, supporting & graduating more Indigenous physicians, particularly First Nations physicians from FN communities. It’s a longer-term solution but can help provide care to those living in rural/remote settings.

Canada needs to prioritize filling in the gaps in our health system. Physicians should be able to move from province to province - without applying for a new, costly license.
