I find these local business card/ads super inspiring. Basic graphics that make perfect sense, no fancy layout techniques or unnecessary color, typography people can relate to, no marketing language, very dense with information, just the clear facts. No exaggerations. No "I'm not sure I get what they do" feelings. I know exactly what they do. I know exactly how to get in touch with them. I even know their first names. This is 100x better than just about every modern web site. Designers can learn a lot from this not-designed-by-a-designer design. It's outstanding. Bravo.

“This is your last shot to escape the permanent underclass” No it’s not. That’s fear bait. The future is going to be awesome and you are awesome and you will have a ton of opportunities. Act with honor. Find where the puck is going. Pick good cofounders. And take the money.

AI-driven orders are up 15x since January 2025 (source: Shopify). Most product catalogs are stuck in a time prior. Titles are creative, not descriptive, no store/product schema, no alt text on images. AI shopping agents ignore your "brand voice". They need structure - what it is, what it's made of, who it's for. Start with your top 20% of SKUs by revenue, rewrite titles to lead with category and material, create a schema, rewrite your product descriptions, add alt text to images. Your marketing copy still matters, just not to the growing agent revenue channel.

I'm extremely proud that @ZipchatAI powers Bulgaria's only public unicorn - Shelly Group 🦄🇧🇬! The hardest products to sell online aren't luxury goods. They're technical ones. "Does this switch work with my wiring?" "Is it compatible with SmartThings?" "Which generation do I need?" If you can't answer that in 5 seconds, the customer is gone. Shelly — one of the biggest smart home brands in the world — chose Zipchat as their first-line technical assistant. No scripts. No decision trees. Just AI that understands home automation and guides people to the right product.

The Meta ad platform is just ... next level bad. It's like they're trying to make it hard for me to use the service.

burnout hit a 6-year high in the US at the same time, the global wellness industry is forecast to reach $9 trillion by 2028 health is the #1 industry in the US it's bigger than the entire GDP of Germany 🤯 mental wellness is its fastest growing segment, sleep tech is on track to 5x in the next decade, mental health apps will nearly double by 2030 the math is almost too clean - more suffering, more market a lot of people are getting very rich solving something that is getting worse every year I don't know what to do with that - I just think it's worth sitting with

Would be great to be able to only see original posts from someone, but choose to hide their quote reposts/reposts etc. @nikitabier

@ryancarson Can't you just do all that from the Claude app? Connects with Claude Code/git, can also run it from the phone via /remove etc.

This is how a code factory should work. I was waiting at the doc’s office and filed 6 bugs - all from my phone. 1 is already merged, 2nd is merging, 3-6 are getting done in parallel. Using Symphony + Codex (Elixir, Codex App Server, Linear, GitHub)

Proceed with caution when following claude code techncial instructions re: Shopify Just installed a GTM trigger condition which checks country for US, then fires the meta tracking pixel (this brand was getting China traffic / non US buyer traffic distorting their signal) Claude code had a super detailed tutorial on how to install this. It was perfect, done in 5 minutes. But one thing jumped out at me - tag priority 99999, hold all other tags until this fires. The condition checks the shopify country attribute in the users browers, then once it completes the check, other tags can fire. Render blocking time went from 700ms -> 6,000ms and we removed the tag priority immediately

Youtube Ads is massively underleveraged for eCommerce / D2C The keys to unlocking it - Strong audience signals - Canvas and mashup ads for 16x9 - Testing / Scaling / Mega Scaling campaign structure - Link GMC feed - Great landing pages - Great creative (but most brands HAVE this from meta)
