Ilza has been a JUMOnaut for 8 years. Her journey into data engineering started with a finance degree and a graduate programme, a world she hadn’t planned on entering. Databases were unfamiliar, ETL was new, and a cube was just a shape. But the pace, problem-solving and constant learning hooked her. Since then, she’s grown alongside #JUMO, from building structured data warehouses to leading our shift into big data, data lakes and event-driven architectures, helping us understand behaviour, manage risk and make financial services work better at scale.
