We have probably reached the point where Bitcoin is a mature macro asset.
@joemccann says every major Bitcoin narrative failed in 2025 even after ETFs launched.
Governments adopted, and regulation cleared, yet price did not respond.
So if 2024 was the IPO and 2025 is the hangover, what replaces the narrative???

Youre thinking too small and only considering one part of the business and probably not even considering the growth of it as that is what is important but more importantly starlink will be just one avenue. How much is the moon and mars ultimately worth because they’ll be there years ahead of all competitors. Not to mention deploying satellites from the moon to collect the suns energy. The space economy will be huge and is still in its infancy

Having a monopoly on the space industry doesn't mean you'll generate 100s of billions in revenue.
SpaceX generates 80% of its revenue from starlink, space launches alone barely generate $5B in revenue annually.

Firstly, SpaceX is reportedly looking to raise $75B at a $1.75T valuation while generating only around $15B in revenue last year.
Retail investors are unlikely to buy into a highly inflated IPO valuation. For context, Google has a $3.5T valuation and generated over $400B in revenue last year, which reflects a far more reasonable price-to-sales ratio compared to its revenue.
Secondly, the merger with xAI appears to be more about boosting SpaceX’s valuation ahead of the IPO. The idea of data centers in space is highly speculative and not as straightforward as it is presented.
There is currently no clear evidence that operating data centers in space would be significantly cheaper or more logistically efficient than running them on Earth.
