Karen Read's attorney Damon M. Seligson just announced that Read plans to file an affirmative claim seeking damages against numerous members of State Police, several witnesses in her criminal case, State Police as an agency, Town of Canton (police).

Karen Read is back in court for the civil case brought by the family of John O’Keefe. She’s joined by attorney Alan Jackson and a number of other lawyers. A large crowd of her supporters are filing in now. This is a much bigger courtroom than where her criminal trial was held.

@karenreadtrial @JohnDePetroshow Oh I Respectfully disagree with you especially after what I have been hearing from the Juror's . A Reasonable Jury would have Examined every piece of Evidence and they stated that they didn't

To the fools attacking the Karen Read jury because you disagree with them. LISTEN to their comments. And look at the deliberative process: they were out over 4 days. They asked questions of the court. They never claimed they were hopelessly deadlocked. And most importantly, they returned a verdict that acquitted AND convicted. All of this suggests the jury did exactly what they were supposed to do: deliberate thoroughly, seek guidance from the court if necessary and favor nobody. Get over yourself because you disagree with the jury and go enjoy the nice weather.

I wonder if OnlyFan is thinking about us the way we are thinking about OnlyFan.

As we watch the trolls investigate the jurors social media (more thoroughly than the investigation into John O'Keefe's death) remember thousands of dollars were spent doing the same thing BEFORE the trial. If a juror follows specific accounts, it's because THE TRIAL IS OVER 😂

This will be coming out soon I bet. Paul having to switch seats had nothing to do with peaking in at a sidebar or speaking to Karen’s lawyers. It was bc a young female juror reported that his glances were making her feel uncomfortable. #KarenReadTrial2
