@frankwatson58 @Matalan Exactly the same has happened to me. Asked for a full refund as per my Consumer Rights. Was told refund would take 3- 5 days. Now on day 5 ( btw have only counted working days ) , still no refund! Not acceptable.

Paid extra for next day delivery from @Matalan Four days later…still waiting. Unimpressive.
