Just because someone is talkative doesn’t mean they’re transparent. Some have just mastered the art of talking a lot while revealing very little. Pay attention to the content not the word count.

Instead of staying stuck in shame for the decisions you made when you didn’t feel worthy, give thanks that you survived and outlasted that season.

I hope yesterday’s wounds don’t cause you to sabotage today’s goodness and love. Receive it. You deserve it.

Anxiety will have you so worried about a potential drought in the future that you miss out on enjoying the harvest of today. I hope you can breathe and take space to be present.

As you get safe and heal, you can slow down. No more frantic searching and striving and proving and defending and hiding. You’re enough. You’ve always been enough.

Trying to outplay a player is a losing strategy. Upgrade your life. Refuse to play their game.

The changes that last are the ones you make for you not just because of outside pressure.

You may not have seen this storm coming but remember the storms you have already survived. This too shall pass.

When clarity comes it can help to write it down or tell someone you trust so in moments of vulnerability you don’t go back. Remember what you know.

Some people benefited from your years of fear and insecurity. They’re about to see that season is over.

I hope you free yourself from the lies that feed your insecurities. I hope you stop believing the lie that crumbs are all that you deserve and all you can ever have. I hope you set your mind, heart, and spirit on the feast, the overflow, the abundant life.

Remember when you thought you had released it but it still occupied the majority of your thoughts and/or conversation? Aren’t you glad you outlived that season? New season.

I’m glad you reclaimed yourself. You will have to reclaim and protect your voice so you don’t get lost again. Break the pattern. Break the cycle.
