@koodo 1/2 Since the Alberta Alert Ready test on May 6, my iPhone repeatedly replays the SAME emergency alert whenever the Koodo line reconnects to network (reboot, airplane mode off, enabling SIM, etc). I isolated this by disabling carriers individually: Freedom line: no alert

@koodo 2/2 Koodo line: alert replays within ~1 minute This is happening on multiple devices. This appears to be a stale/replayed Cell Broadcast issue, not normal alert delivery. Can this be escalated to network engineering?

@koodo , I activated Easy Roam ($14/day) for the U.S., but it apparently didn’t go through. The website kept timing out. Instead, I was charged $166.80 in per-minute rates. Please investigate and arrange a refund. Customer Service & website - a joke!
