@krakensupport This wasn’t regarding the KYC this was regarding the data subject access request. There is no reply needed for the delay in how long the KYC is taking. That’s wasn’t what Saturdays. #20131681 is the one that has been ongoing for 33 days. Glad I’ve kept a log
