One thing about postseason...all year long, I've sat at CSU games kinda mad that I couldn't give much attention to the rest of #HLWBB playing that day. Now that opportunity cost is gone, but I still feel like I'm forgetting something important.

I learned a hard lesson about being the guy who cares too much in the past, and sort of feel like I'm repeating the mistake. Maybe that's not totally fair of me. If I was good enough at this to make anything of it, I probably would. But my only options are "in" and "out."

I can handle transfers purely from the "change" aspect of things, and if I had any sort of relationship with an outgoing player, that tends to last. Where it's tough is the persistent feeling that I'm putting too much of myself into somewhere nobody actually wants to be.

Yeah, so that's another thing that's great about tennis. Not that it never happens, CSU lost a really good player named Maxime Mareschal-Hay to Old Dominion a couple years ago, but you can generally count on four years from most players.

The rules the NCAA put into place for March Madness are very tedious & honestly can be confusing at times.
It is a significant disadvantage for smaller outlets, and teams who aren't able to post highlights because of these restrictions.
It shocked me how restrictive they get in March.

Tennis isn't any different from basketball - the HL is a one-bid league, and the idea right now is to have a young team peaking in time for the conference tournament. They're trending towards that, IMO.

.@CSU_WTennis dropped a 7-0 result this afternoon, to a Xavier team that has been pretty competitive with the several Big Ten schools the Musketeers have played. Anna Mancino forced a third set in her match, while Jenna Redmile and Leah Geisz nearly rallied from early deficits.

Just got denied entry into a Thanksgiving tournament because non of the P4 teams already signed up were willing to play us 🤷🏽♂️
We were a Q2 win for the 4 regular season losses we had this season, so don’t want to hear about it not being a useful game.
We’ll keep trying!
