running @framer experts means ongoing convos with freelancers building $10k–$50k+ projects. here's what's actually working right now: 1.Referrals drive almost every big client, not outbound. Someone saying "you have to work with this person" 2. Live portfolio sites close deals - no one reads case studies when a real site does the talking 3. The biggest skill gap isn't tooling - it's knowing how to architect large builds and leaving the client confident and comfortable using Framer after the handoff The real questions now are simpler and harder at the same time: → Can you build what we need at this scale? → Can our team manage it after you leave? The gap between a good Framer expert and a great one is increasingly about building that trust

Not only does AI help me charge more through positioning and comms, it also empowers me to take on work that I wouldn't be able to do without it (e.g. building complex code components required for a Framer site). In fact, it's how I was able to take on my recent $20K project.

Something I have been watching closely How is AI impacting the earning potential for professional creatives ? @contralabs_ai just published research on this it turns out, designers aren't "cooked", but instead running full Michelin star level kitchens.
