@gerardthelawyer @Freimster @OsamaNajib25 @ByDonkeys I think you’re in denial of the facts mate. They’ve been posted earlier and you just get abusive. Not a good look. There is an issue but it’s about a way of deporting criminals on a visa quickly to their country of origin.

I don't think political marches should be banned. But maybe they should end at Wembley Stadium instead of Parliament Square. That way, if anyone says "There were two million there" you could point out Wembley only holds 90,000.

@SocialRW Makes me proud to be European. Yet I’m not sure why 😂. It’s our silliness I suppose.

I love watching Eurovision. Also, is it possible to despair of an entire continent?

What is the point of Britain entering Eurovision when we offer up tonight’s abomination of a “song” - actually what is the point of Eurovision??

@dakeb_mcfc @BroadcastMoose Not that old argument. Rubbish. We are nearly always bottom because our songs are so bad. If you were another country, would you vote for the shit we produce?

@BroadcastMoose @alancecil X factor, Britain’s got talent, all that shit. And it goes on for weeks! This is just a bit of fun for one night. Hilarious how folk get so wound up about it these days when we enter crap songs.

@alancecil It’s the most pointless competition I can think of - a load of rubbish and that’s being kind to rubbish

UK bookies have Finland as Even-money favourites going into the voting. Australia 2nd favourites (3/1), followed by Bulgaria (10/1) and Israel (14/1). I liked Malta and UK entries best, but Israel could win the public vote again. #Eurovisión2026 #EurovisionSongContest

@PaulEmbery I don’t think a massive amount of people do think that tbh. There’s a lot of us that think both sides are wasting police resources tbh. Both sides have had their say, if the electorate want a right wing government then Reform will get in.

I have marched against Nazis. I mean genuine 'blood and soil' Nazis: skinheads, bomber jackets, Doc Martens, National Front types. The people on the 'Unite the Kingdom' rally are not Nazis. And if you think they are, you need to give your head a wobble.

I no longer live in the UK (nothing to do with politics), so in reality, I'm out of the loop. We (meaning the Anglosphere) live in chaotic times and, IMO anyway, this is the natural outcome of decades-long cultural and social decay. I don't see a way out. I expect charismatic monsters to emerge at some point throughout the Western world and turn everybody's head. I doubt it will end well.
