Our paper reports on a new neutron monitor design for studying cosmic rays and solar energetic particles at the Earth’s surface. A prototype will be installed at a @metoffice observatory, restoring a UK #SpaceWeather monitoring capability for the first time since the 1980s. 🇬🇧☀️
