@lalpathlabs Got the report after 4 days

I booked my test from @lalpathlabs on 2 may 2026 at 11:30am. They told me that the report came on the same day, but till now, i didn't get the report. I have called the customer care many times, but my query is not resolved. Worst experience Lab id-517667069 Patient-Pankaj kumar

@lalpathlabs wrong report and error in report issue by dr lal because of which patient has to admitted in hospital for checkup and has paid 1.61 lakh at Hospital . Such kind of error and becoz of which we suffer . Dr lal should be liable and they should pay compensation

@lalpathlabs @lalpathlabs Priyanka was to call me back. The phlebo lacked experience which has led to this medical condition. My arm is in severe pain & it’s been 40+ hours. Your response & lack of accountability is appalling.

@lalpathlabs Charging premium prices & still facing this kind of experience is disappointing. Had a home collection today & now dealing with severe constant upper arm pain (not at the puncture site). This doesn’t seem like a routine reaction. Request immediate attention & review.

@lalpathlabs Even after repeated emails and informing your team , i am getting calls from different department. Till now i have got no solution from dr lal team. Being such reputed company , and this kind of behaviour is seriously unfair . Please treat this on highest priority

@lalpathlabs you just did it again ! Twice in 1 week. First on the 19th April , you ‘misplaced’ the urine sample. You had to take it again. Consequently , the urine R/E and Urine culture was delayed. On 23rd April , same thing again . Urine Routine report never came and no one knows when it will be ready Urine culture is ‘expected’ to come tonight , a full 24 hours later than scheduled This really makes me worry about the sanctity of your tests. This was a pretty critical case and your callousness is horrifying Customer care is not equipped to handle any queries beyond the basics that you get on the app or the chatbot. The only answer is that someone will get in touch with you after 2-4 hours ( last time I got a call after 24 hours ) ! I’m a very old customer. But this is it. No more LallPathlabs for me or my family. Now don’t inundate me with a dozen useless calls after this post. Just get me the reports . For the last time
