@lala_kent Kyle is manipulative and loves to rope the group into her battles because she can’t fight one on one.
Aside from that, I have a theory that she wanted to be the longest running housewife of all time and now will retire or take a break.

@Uber ’s AI support bot is the worst I’ve ever used. I lost my purse (with my apartment keys inside) in a car and couldn’t get in touch with the driver. Despite trying multiple times, Uber’s AI agent refused to connect me to a human agent, leaving me stranded and unable to get home at 3:31 a.m.
As someone building an AI support agent myself, I know prompt escalation to human agents is a critical feature. Inferring customer sentiment and intent to escalate when needed is essential for creating the best possible customer experience - which is the reason why you want to have an AI support agent.
It’s mind-boggling that @Uber hasn’t implemented this escalation feature in their AI support bot or provided a way for customers to contact a human agent. Please do better.
