Three boys, ages 12, 13, and 15, charged with raping a 12-year-old girl in a community park in Miami. One stuffed rocks into her mouth to stop her screaming. This continued for a half hour until the boys heard the girl's father calling her. Criminals this young are often treated leniently. I wonder if it shouldn't be the reverse. Is there ANY chance of their ever leading productive lives?
