@tomwhx Well charming - and wrong. The central government contribution has been frozen in cash terms (at £50.3m pa) since 2011/12. That's a real-terms cut of around a third.

@larry_turner All the issues at the start of the video. Highways funding has not been cut by central government since 2010. Birmingham Labour has deliberately held back the funding for a cynical election year splurge.
