@Alucard_bu @ClarkHELLSCREAM Also this! The argument as to why they haven't done this yet was (as far as I recall—though perhaps someone still has the source): "We don't want players to feel like they have to play too much." — Not a verbatim quote, but that definitely rings a bell.

Is Wild Hearthstone more fun than Standard right now? I've had a lot of viewers persuade me to try Wild, but the lack of incentive doesn't make me want to touch the format. Is it worth making content over? What's fun in Wild right now?

@Leolph i've said this for years, but blizzards needs to give more incentive to wild to make people begin to be interested. Start small with a Wild exclusive Legend card back. (they just did this with year of the scarab). Wild Tournaments are a huge ask, but i know creators would host.

@FromDe0therSide @ZeddyHS Please, no. Bringing old cards back into the Core Set feels like constantly trying to relive the past. I’m much more in favor of new cards and mechanics—especially if they introduce cards that enable the discovery of new synergies, whether class-specific or even cross-class.

@ZeddyHS Crazy bold take ill be making but What if they just brought some other cards from the past to the other 7 classes’ core-set 💭💭 Idk would that be a terrible idea? I think it combines the fact that doesnt raise the demand for devs while will be hyping up the other classes

What if every class that doesn't get a class set was guaranteed one buff when the next class sets launch? At least give a reason to play each class regardless if they get a class set or not.

I like your approach of trying to bring Quest Shaman back into the meta. I’ve tried doing that myself—once with Herald, once with Imbue, and once with both. The problem I always ran into was twofold: first, you not only have to complete the quest very early on, but you also ideally need at least one Cloud Serpent to secure a second Quest Reward—because you won't get very far with just one, and the odds of rolling Taunt + Poisonous are extremely low (plus, that specific combo doesn't really help you against Rogue). The second problem was that you needed at least two copies of Healing Rain (or, in the Imbue version, two copies of Aspect's Embrace) to have a chance against the current aggro meta. If the Quest Reward offered Lifesteal as an option, that would be a completely different story. Nevertheless—stick with it! If you manage to achieve a solid win rate, I’d be absolutely delighted to hear about it and see your decklist.

@Mezari_Oz @Leolph @PlayHearthstone That would actually put it in too many decks, yes we need AoE in the game but it'd suddenly be the #1 neutral removal option in the game considering it'd basically become the Sylvanas Fabled main sister (but on a common). Maybe with 1 dmg that's printable, and only onto minions

ROFL! Viper'd Quest Mage's Origin Stone, he created a Stadium Announcer with Morchie, giving me "Hand of Infinity" (can't attack heroes) and preventing lethal damage - Silithid Queen was active with 2x Kindred from Primalfin Challanger (=10 damage), opponent at 10 health... ..but check the second picture @PlayHearthstone #Hearthstone

@trolli0sis @PlayHearthstone @Jukantos I agree—the card is weak; hence the attempt to encourage the devs to perhaps improve it. After all, it has solid meme status, and somehow I get the feeling that the story of this card might not be over yet. @GallonHS

@Leolph @PlayHearthstone @Jukantos Still doesn't change that the card is trash and using it in conjunction with other trash cards won't add value for the deck bloat and cost, conversely to what Renethal used to do.

Game Plan: Inspired by @Janos_HS 's stream today, here is my take on Queen DH; and since I'm a huge Queen fan, I'm naming this deck "Freddy." The core new idea behind it is the synergy between "Primalfin Challenger" and "Silithid Queen." To make this whole strategy possible, we naturally need to run a few Beasts. We're adding the Side-Quest "Storm the Gates" (which can generate additional Silithid Queens) and select a few strong beasts: Enduring Roach (for some mana cheating), Torga (to draw our combo pieces; The Curator can help here, too), Perennial Serpent (which becomes cheaper via Slumbering Sprite, Grim Harvest, and Wyvern's Slumber), Viper, and Dreambound Raptor—which can even grant Windfury to the Queen. Sands of Time, Illidari Studies, and Shadow Informant can generate additional burst damage (or perhaps even discover a copy of Confront the Tol'Vir). Have fun with the new deck! Mulligan: keep Torga and other cards that draw cards, also the Side-Quest can be kept If you have any questions, just ask in the comments or in my stream. @PlayHearthstone #Hearthstone

You've certainly got some pretty wild demands there. I think nerfing Hunter would be a mistake; on the contrary, the class could actually need support to make Dragon Hunter viable. Mage definitely needs help; Leyline is simply too weak—or too slow—and aside from the Quest archetype, there aren't any good decks available right now. A little Dragon support could help here, too. As for Priest—with its upcoming class set, it's going to receive such insanely powerful cards that every single one of them will far outshine anything the Monk class gets! #Hearthstone #hs_hun

Hunters can reach Empower Level 10 as early as turns 6 or 7, and their summoning pool consists "only" of Beasts (which is very good!) Mages, on the other hand, not only have to spend significantly more Mana to achieve this, but it is also highly unlikely for them to reach a level above 9—unless, of course, they play Deios + two Mystic Runesabers on Turn 11 (having played The Arcanomicon beforehand). Furthermore, they draw from the entire spectrum of minions, which means that lowrolls occur much more frequently than highrolls (ask @ClarkHELLSCREAM) Here are the somewhat "cheesy" odds of obtaining Empower effects for Crystallized Leyline: With Specialist + Dragon Soul piece to generate an additional "The Arcanomicon" = ~16% With Scrappy Scavenger to pull a Mystic Runesaber as a 2-drop = ~3% With Storm the Gates / Raptor Herald to discover a Mystic Runesaber = ~3% Given that the next two expansions are already nearing completion, I do not believe we will see any further support for the Leyline archetype. Instead, I suspect that Crystallized Leyline itself will undergo another rework. @PlayHearthstone #Hearthstone

When it comes to meta balancing, I’m probably the most impatient person out there. Regarding the topic of Class Sets: we need to wait for a full cycle before we can judge (all of) them. Please have a little more patience with the devs. @PlayHearthstone #Hearthstone

Game Plan: Please note: This deck features an extreme range of RNG—which, on the one hand, is part of its appeal, but on the other, can lead to quite the emotional rollercoaster. Are old deck ideas actually still viable in the current meta? Yep — since Dark Gifts are so incredibly broken, it’s worth taking another look at the Wallow archetype, especially for Warlock, which is currently at the bottom of the food chain anyway. This time, it’s even combined with the Quest "Escape the Underfel," the reward "Underfel Rift can be fed with "bad" Dark Gift cards. Sands of Time can provide us with additional Cursed Catacombs, or — once the Quest is complete — serve as a source of board clears, healing, or fodder for the Rift. The priority for Dark Gifts is as follows: Charge, Divine Shield + Windfury, +3 Attack + Lifesteal. Then stats buffs or Reborn (if you are playing against Animal Hunter, for which we also often need The Black Knight). Shadowflame Stalkers can discover additional Razidirs or Treacherous Tormentors; the latter can even yield more Wallows (though these will need to be buffed again, as the previous buffs are not carried over!). Mulligan: Since we only have 6 cards in the deck that provide Quest progress, we want to find these during the mulligan: Cursed Catacombs, Bloodpetal Biome, and Tunnel Terror. If you have any questions, just ask in the comments or in my stream. @PlayHearthstone #Hearthstone
