The auction that never was....on Karen Read's vehicle. Auctioneer Justin Manning updated Howie Carr viewers that the auction for her vehicle did not take place as planned. Eligible bidders who showed up at the event at Manzi Appraisers in Woburn, MA numbered in the single digits (Howie said 2), and those bidders were not in the $ range they were seeking. Mr. Manning relayed that the owner of the vehicle, Bill Brussard of JB Auto Care in Weymouth, MA received a phone call prior to auction bidding that he may explore. Therefore, he cancelled the auction. Bill Brussard intended for proceeds to go to Karen Read's Legal Defense Fund. Karen Read is currently facing a wrongful death lawsuit of Plymouth County filed by John O'Keefe's family. Most recently, a defamation lawsuit was filed against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney by four witnesses in the trial (Jen McCabe, Brian Albert, Colin Albert, and Brian Higgins). The irony.... This man destroyed the lives of innocent witnesses by accusing them of murder. He showed up at their homes. He showed up at their businesses. He showed up at their children's events. He sent mobs of deranged people to their homes, their businesses, their children's events. He ruined their lives. He ruined their children's lives. He ruined their parents' lives . This man is building his campaign on the back of John O’Keefe’s death. He was at the USAO’s office while John's family was pleading to be heard - and instead of listening, he chose to bring in John’s friends and interrogate them using the blog of a man who vilely attacked John's mother, going as far as to call her a "cunt". And all the while, behind closed doors and without anyone’s knowledge, he was engaged in private conversations with the woman accused of John's murder. The public only learned of this because that same blogger whose material he used, illegally recorded the woman he was protecting. Federal involvement in a state murder case is already highly unusual. But his actions didn’t just cross a line - they shattered it. This is a profound abuse of trust and judgment. HOW DARE HE.

For three years, I have feared that Karen Read, Aidan Kearney, the Roccos, and their unhinged mob would harass and target the witnesses online until someone broke. A couple things: #1 You will never convince me that Aidan Kearney recorded this call with Karen Read to play for his non-existent "therapist" as he has previously claimed, and then screen recorded it for "safekeeping." This is obviously blackmail. Make no mistake - he is the one who screen recorded it. His text notifications pop up, as you can see. #2 I am bothered that what I have recieved is in clips. Without context the statements she makes, although seemingly incriminating, are not entirely clear. This is frustrating for me and has prevented me from posting. But this one is clear enough. @adamdeitch, please explain why you were having private conversations with a murder defendant during an investigation you spearheaaded which yielded zero arrests, indictments or evidence of any conspiracy, public corruption or malfeasance, just to have that murder defendant leak it all to a blogger. You can answer here, or I will simply find you out on the campaign trail and ask you in front of all those voters you are attempting to woo.
