@LimitDoug @micah_erfan How about schools already are? Did you miss the free or reduced lunch portion? They get that when they cannot afford to buy lunch at school and all schools offer it.

@micah_erfan Kids which need it are already given the option for FRL (Free or Reduced Lunch). Maybe we focus on paying teachers, since they are grossly underpaid for what they do. If you cannot raise your kid, and that includes paying to feed them.... don't have kids.
