I thought founder-led comms was important 20 years ago, but it's become even MORE important now in the age of AI and infinite distraction. I used to get flak from my boards about how public I was—now it's tablestakes. Hard to imagine it becoming less important in the next 10yrs.

I hit rock bottom, waking up hungover & 400lbs+ getting an error on my scale. In 2022 I flew for the 1st time since covid Had to ask for a seat belt extender High blood pressure single, alone & lonely Pre diabetes Couldn't get my weight Sleep apnea Binge eating daily Resting heart rate 117 Day drinking every weekend Low fertility Battling credit card debt ($60k+) Today, I’m driving my wife & six month old to his first Easter egg hunt, Easter church tomorrow at my mother in laws, the church my wife grew up in, in rural GA. Next week my parents are visiting and Im taking a few days off to spend with all of them. I’m not done yet. I’ve got a long way to go. But No more error No more extender No more high blood pressure No more pre diabetes No more single, alone & lonely No more credit card debt No more low fertility No more drinking or binge eating Life is good, God is great 🙏
